The project is located in a rapidly growing retail district of Athens and encompasses the development of strong brand retail stores, including a DYI store, Electric Goods etc.

REDS has undertaken and successfully completed the Feasibility Analysis of the plot, the Masterplan Concept Design, the Urban Planning Research, Strategy and Licensing, as the management of designers and special consultants of the project.
